As part of the Ellab UK & Ireland Finance team, you’ll be part of a team that’s essential in managing our finances, while ensuring we’re on solid ground to support our missions and goals. You’ll contribute to overseeing budgets, managing expenses, and ensuring our financial practices are sound and transparent. Human Resources

Customer Service
The Ellab UK & Ireland Customer Service team are more than just a point of contact, it’s a crucial support system for our clients. In customer service you’ll manage product logistics, and ensure all the necessary documentation is available to make sure our clients meet regulatory requirements. Your main focus will be on being accessible and responsive to our clients, helping them navigate their requirements with ease.
Quality
Ellab UK & Ireland’s Quality team is essential in guaranteeing compliance as our teams make sure our clients meet rigorous regulatory standards from bodies such as the FDA and EMA. Your work will involve making sure our products and services are of the highest quality and that we adhere to all necessary procedures and protocols. Your dedication to quality and attention to detail will ensure both we and our clients meet audit requirements.
Health & Safety
As a member of the Ellab UK & Ireland Health and Safety department your role will be all about looking out for our team, especially our technicians and engineers who work hands-on in pharmaceutical and biotech plants. You’ll be tasked with making sure they, and everyone else at Ellab, can go about their day-to-day work safely and without any health risks while also maintaining the highest safety practices. It’s a role with a lot of responsibility, as you’re the one ensuring that our work environments are safe places where everyone can focus on what they do best without worrying about their well-being.
IT
As a member of our IT department at Ellab, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting colleagues by ensuring seamless technological operations, providing technical assistance, and maintaining system security. You’ll play a role in ensuring all systems function efficiently, our sensitive data is safe, and enabling smooth workflows, while contributing significantly to the company’s overall productivity, security, technological advancement, and innovation.
